Once Upon a Student | SATURDAY | Part 10

Hello everyone! How are you all doing this fine evening?
I am very happy to say that we've made it into the double digits with the number of posts! Woot woot! Here's to making it to the triple digits, yeah? ^_^ Let's hope that this motivation to write posts keeps on coming for a very long time. ^_^

As you all may or may not have noticed, I am feeling much lighter and happier today. Perhaps it's the 12 straight hours of sleep that I had, perhaps it's the fact that I've rested and relaxed and am feeling ready to get back into the swing of things. I hope that I will be feeling motivated today to finish my homework.

My first meal of the day today was a Korean instant ramen called "Buldak Fried Ramen," and it is the spiciest dish I can almost guarantee you will EVER have had in your life. If you think you've had spicier dishes, what's the spiciest meal you've ever had? I thought I was going die, it was that spicy. ^_^ Also, pain is best when shared, and I can say that my friends were very much feeling the heat as well. ^_^

And by first meal of the day, I mean dinner. Hehe.. I rarely eat more than meal a day (I'm going to be very hypocritical and say don't do this, people), mostly due to fact that in the morning I am too lazy to go out to the cafeteria and eat breakfast, and I miss lunch because I am too busy napping and catching up on the desperately needed sleep. It's the same deal today, hehe. I woke up at around 2PM (amazing boy group, by the way), and wasn't feeling hungry enough to eat anything until dinner.

Speaking of friends - I am very happy to say that I will (finally!) be trying to be active today, and in half an hour or so, I will be playing badminton with my close friends.. I'm crossing my fingers that my tendency to be clumsy doesn't show its face and that I won't accidentally whack someone across the head - which, let's face it, is a very big possibility.

The last few days have been busy as heck, and I've gone back to my old habit of procrastinating until midnight and staying up until 3 or 4AM while asking why I do this to myself.. Yeah.. Not a very healthy habit, but my motivation to do any studying/exercising has been close to zero this past week. And to make things worse, it's the third week of the quarter, which means test week, which means that it's a very bad week to be feeling unmotivated.

But the past is the past, and from today, I am going to try my best. I think my effort is showing, because in the last Physics test that I got, even though I got a measly 65%, I had tried every problem (in the past I would leave blank the problems that I didn't know how to do), and when I got the test back, my professor had written "You're trying harder than last quarter!" on the front (yes, my professor is the same as last quarter).

It's getting dark, so I think I will end this post for now. ^_^ It was really nice talking to everyone. I hope everyone has a wonderful rest of the day, and as always, this has been Ryuu Yukimura, signing off.

Stay safe, everyone! (Also, try one of those chocolates that look like bottles and have alcohol in them - they're super good!)
