Hello everyone!
I'm so sorry that it's been a while since I last posted. ^_^ The good news is, I am officially 19, as of 4 days ago! I am so excited! I have only two more years until I can legally drink in the US... Hehe. At least I can drive up to Canada if I ever get thirsty.. Keke. And.. I don't have any bad news. ^_^ Well, maybe except for the fact that I have homework over break. Seriously. Who gives homework break? Hmph.
I've also been productive today since the first time since break started - and by productive I mean I downloaded all the music I've wanted to download since this term started, hehe. My college has a bandwidth limit for everyone, so downloading is not really the best thing to do. It just bogs down the internet A LOT. I might (keyword being "might") start on my homework when I finish this post, who knows.
The thing that I was looking forward to most when I got back home was sleeping in my own bed, and unfortunately in the 5 days I been back, I've only managed to do so once. The reason is because we're constantly having guests over this week, and unfortunately the room with the bigger bed is mine (apart from my parents'), and so my sister is delegated to sleeping on the couch while I sleep on her bed. Hey - before you say anything, she's the one who chose to sleep on the sofa. I asked if she wanted to sleep next to me, and she vehemently denied. So.. yeah. ^_^
Ah.. It's so nice having unrestricted internet! I can post this, while listening to a non-buffering Youtube, while having downloaded tons of songs, without a single hitch. It's also nice sitting at the kitchen table for the first time in a while, and staring out the window at the squirrels chasing each other, like I used while I was in college. Gah.. ^_^ Those were the days. But! Freshman year is coming to a close in a few months, and then I will be a sophomore.. Woooot! And I'll get to live next to my friends and not feel uncomfortable talking with my roommate (because I don't know my current roomie very well).
From what I'm planning on so far, my summer is going to be jammed packed - at least for the first part - with summer courses, summer jobs, and what not. Yay? And, I'm hoping that my family gets the chance to go overseas so I can be alone in America for a while. I mean, I love my family and all, but sometimes I want a little space, y'know? And it would certainly be an experience- living on my own for a couple of months and gaining real-life points.
Hrmph. I forgot that my trackpad is broken in that I can't scroll down with two fingers, and just a second ago I was trying to scroll down the Youtube page I have up, and got really confused. XD I'm such a goof.
Well, I believe I will sign off for now, and procrastinate some more. This has been Ryuu Yukimura, now one year older, signing off.
